If you return a Product to us:
(a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven (7) day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us;
(b) for any other reason (for instance, because you consider that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Please note we will not accept returns on products that are not sealed and have been opened for use.
- UK orders shipping is Free of Charge. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery
- Europe, USA and rest of world – shipping is automatically calculated by the shopping cart at checkout, according to the weight of the order.
- All orders are processed same day if ordered before 3 pm Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders are shipped out either by Royal Mail 1st class post, 1st class Recorded Delivery or by courier (Interlink), depending on the value and weight (and at our discretion).
